1 man + van is £40 per hour. 2 men + van is £70 per hour. The first hour is charged in full, then everything is pro-rata. No extra charge for evenings, weekends or bank holidays on local jobs.
No. Travel is free within approximately 5 miles of Plymouth (this includes Ivybridge, Saltash, Plymstock and Yelverton).
We use a Citroën Relay Heavy. Internal dimensions are 4 m long × 1.8 m wide × 2 m high. It is tall enough for large wardrobes and most household items.
Yes – this is our speciality. Most 1–2 bedroom flats or small houses can be completed in one or two loads.
Yes. The driver fully assists with shifting, lifting, loading and unloading.
It is much quicker and cheaper if you have boxes packed and ready. Please let us know in advance about any delicate items (TVs, glass, etc.) so we can prepare.
Yes in most cases. Please tell us in advance about very heavy items (e.g. full-size snooker tables, large American fridge freezers, pianos) so we can assess whether extra help or special arrangements are needed.
Yes. We charge for time from arrival at the job until return to Plymouth, plus fuel at cost. A clear quote is always given before the job starts.
Cash on completion is preferred.
